| Description | The 18th Annual Symposium on Research on Aging recognizes outstanding research and writing in gerontology that contributes to the advancement of science and the development of programs for older adults. This year, CAAD honors Dr. Elizabeth J. Protas, Interim Dean, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston as the recipient of the Herbert A. deVries Research Award for distinguished research in aging. The Ray A. Ciszak Service Award, Rosabel Koss Honor Award, and Excellence in Programming Award will also be recognized. | |
