StructureSchool K-12
DescriptionDo you want to invigorate your health classes? While, students crave meaningful activities that relate to the real world, they often get more lecture-based classes. Transform tired lessons into relevant strategies! This session will present health education activities that are student-centered, relevant, and energizing. Your students can become active community service volunteers and community advocates while applying their health knowledge and skills to improve the quality of life for others in the community. Create a laboratory for civic engagement and lifelong learning. Help resolve some of your community’s unmet needs by activating your student workforce.
