Description | The purpose of this session is to discuss current ethics of care teaching practices, instructor definition of ethical terms, instructor ethics training, and principled thinking and ethics of care as applied to athletic training, based on the NATA Code of Ethics, between athletic training educators, clinical supervisors, and students. Participants will develop: (1) a basis of ethics of care as it relates to service-oriented and allied health profession settings, (2) ethics of care teaching strategies, and (3) application techniques to use in various professional settings. | |
