| Description | This session will feature three accomplished coaches who will address issues of what one needs to know and do to conduct a successful sport program. The three nationally recognized coaches will represent amateur, collegiate and professional ranks from three different sports. The moderator will have each coach briefly describe valuable lessons learned, their preparation to coach, the practices that make them successful, and the methods by which they continue to improve. Substantial time will be available for questions and answers and audience participation. | |
