"Clean Up your Backyard" a whimsical story that provides movement vocabulary, visual and verbal cues to teach overhand throwing and accuracy. The lessons presented meets the NASPE Standards.

"Ziny�s Driving School" the tale of an alien girl learning to drive her spaceship. This teaches spatial awareness, locomotor skills, and safety. The 100% maximum participation lessons presented use interval training to develop fitness and social skills.
