Cardiopong is a fitness activity that is gaining popularity. It is how players can take this game to the next level. The focus is on footwork and conditioning drills. It not only gives a good cardio workout, but improves reaction time, flexibility, and coordination. Cardiopong also improves muscular endurance and strength. These activities can help students of all ages improve their reading, tracking and focus for other areas of their lives. (CEU)
