If universities are serious about ensuring that their graduates have the global awareness and competencies needed to succeed in a global environment, the necessary place for each university to begin is by paying attention to the curriculum. Successful globalization of students' learning experiences requires a comprehensive approach that involves attention to both individual courses and overall program design. Perspectives on the impact of globalization, sport science education, and sport science directionality will be discussed. (CEU)
