This presentation will address a variety of running games designed to make running fun. The running activities can be used in recreational, school curriculum and competitive sport settings. The running games presented seek to improve fitness levels while increasing motivation. The variety of games range from traditional to creative but all of them strive to stimulate interest in runners of all ages and to sustain participation in a fitness program. (CEU)
