Baseball and softball incorporate coordination, gross and fine motor skills, agility, teamwork and strategy skills, but they also include a great amount of standing and waiting. Shuttle Ball is designed to improve students throwing, catching and batting skills as well as allow students to improve their communication and teamwork. Shuttle Ball creates an active and inclusive environment and was created by PE majors. (CEU)
