It is essential that NHES skills are not just taught in the classroom; they must be developed. Students must become competent/proficient in order to increase effectiveness in “real-world” scenarios. This workshop will provide participants with concrete resources and strategies for developing NHES skills in health education programs. Participants will leave this hands-on workshop with an in-depth understanding of NHES skills and strategies for developing these skills in students. (CEU) (CHES)
