Sport participation offers opportunities to development fitness habits, character, and talent potential. However, these positives only occur under the guidance of quality adult leadership (Smith, Smoll, & Cumming, 2007). Rest and colleagues propose a four component model of morality that includes sensitivity, judgment, character and motivation (1999), as a cornerstone to behavior. The purpose of this workshop is to explore teaching processes and strategies for integrating this model into coaching education. (CEU)
