Coach development is a complex, dynamic and multifaceted process that occurs through years of learning and experience. With more attention focused on developing more professional and effective training systems to maximize athletic performances, more qualified and adaptable coaches are required to overcome the demands of international competition. This session will help attendees identify factors that contribute to coaching effectiveness, discuss strategies for effective coaching development and evaluate sport coaching success.
