Schools represent an ideal place to reach children and promote children’s daily physical activity levels. Thus there is an urgent need to implement effective and innovative School-based Physical Activity Programs. The purpose of this symposium is to investigate the effects of different School-based Physical Activity Programs on children’s health outcomes, such as energy expenditure and self-esteem. It would lead to more research and practice to help us better design various School-based Physical Activity Programs.
