Today’s coaches must be skilled at managing what are often complex and delicate issues. Participants in this workshop will engage in a collective brain-storming process to develop solutions to some of the most challenging issues confronting sport coaches. The session presenters will ask participants to consider the philosophies of both AAHPERD (National Standards for Sport Coaches,NASPE, 2006) and the Positive Coaching Alliance as tools to guide this process.
