As a participant, you will learn a cardio fitness program that can be used for all ages and fitness levels. Disco Aerobics is a fun way to dance ourselves to health. The movements are easy and can be adapted for high or low intensity workouts. You will learn a variety of dances with time for you to work in groups to create one routine of your own to take back to your students.
