Despite sexual misconduct allegations, some youth coaches have been able to move from town to town one step ahead of police, victims, and their parents. Referred to as “passing of the trash,” an offender is allowed to resign and go to another school without warning or providing record of previous conduct. This presentation will address the areas of negligence that sport administrators and coaches must be aware of and why such situations may exist. (CEU)
