Jokgu (joek-gu), also known as "foot volleyball", is an invasion sport that consists of both volleyball and soccer skills. Jokgu can be used for K-12 students providing them with opportunities to develop motor skills and to improve fitness, as well as to learn game tactics. This is an activity-based and interactive presentation in order to provide hands-on experience for physical educators to teach a progression of activities, lead up skills and applied practice. (CEU)
